Gregory DeLuca, founder of Communications 4 Life, LLC (C4L), began his career in sales and marketing over 28 years ago.  When he isn’t inspiring audiences with C4L discussions and presentations, Greg is a Managing Director for a Fortune 100 company, at which he has been employed for 25 plus years. He is responsible for leading and collaborating with a team of sales and marketing executives along with enhancing effective communication across all operating companies.

Greg is highly trained as a sales facilitator and speaker.  He serves as a “People Advocate” within the family of companies.   In this role, Greg is tasked with making the workplace and employees the absolute best they can be.   While coaching his team in the areas of collaboration and communication skills along with effective presentations, Greg is able to adapt to many different personality styles to ensure success.

Greg’s passion for mentoring executives and our future leaders in the fields of communicating, presenting and interviewing has culminated in the creation of Communications 4 Life, which gives Greg a broader platform for reaching students, corporate leaders and job seekers. 

Greg is an active member in the community, volunteering his time with the American Heart Association, Autism Speaks, and as a youth sports coach and mentor.  Greg has been recognized for his community service with a humanitarian award. 

As an accomplished leader, Greg has received many accolades and prestigious awards within his company.  He has been recognized for leadership and collaboration efforts across the family of companies.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Greg earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Point Park University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. 

Greg is in avid runner and has enjoys participating in all kinds of runs, from 5 K’s to half and full marathons and resides in Harrison City, Pa. with his wife and two children.
